We ship and install complete 10-child Pods (master AI Teacher + individual AI Mentors + zero-internet network). Parents drop off, go to work, stay 100 % in charge (real-time transparency + parent-only discipline + daily report cards), and pay ~$90/month net using the $7k–$10k state grants that already exist. The entire system is governed by a Sanctuary Charter that locks the ethos forever.
