Our mission is to help companies make transportation decisions with greater clarity, efficiency, and accountability. Trinplax is being built to turn fragmented operational, commercial, and financial information into actionable, traceable insights. We are starting with freight invoice auditing and payment readiness, where manual checks and disconnected records create unnecessary work and make financial control harder. Our long-term vision is Transportation Decision Intelligence: a platform that progressively connects transportation events, commercial agreements, costs, risks, and outcomes to support better decisions across the transportation lifecycle. We believe logistics teams should spend less time reconciling information and more time improving the decisions that shape their operations.

Transportation teams often work across spreadsheets, carrier invoices, contracts, rate tables, emails, and disconnected systems. Verifying freight charges can require significant manual effort—even when invoices are correct. This fragmentation slows financial reviews, complicates exception management, and makes it harder to understand why a charge was approved, disputed, or held for further review. It also limits the ability to connect commercial terms and operational events to financial outcomes. The initial problem we are addressing is the cost and complexity of freight invoice review and payment readiness. The broader opportunity is to make transportation information more connected, explainable, and useful for business decisions.

Trinplax is developing a B2B SaaS platform for transportation intelligence, starting with Freight Audit and Payment Readiness / Control. The initial product is designed to compare freight invoices with applicable contracts, rates, and commercial terms; identify discrepancies; support the review of exceptions; and determine audited payable amounts. It is also designed to make the basis for each determination traceable to supporting rules and evidence, helping teams establish whether an invoice is ready to proceed through their payment process. Trinplax does not execute payments. We have structured product prototypes and an MVP under development. Real-customer validation is still being prepared. Our longer-term vision is to connect operational, commercial, financial, and eventually environmental information in a Transportation Decision Intelligence platform. Capabilities such as proactive risk insights, predictive analysis, and broader operational intelligence remain future research directions, not features delivered by the current MVP.
