What Drives Us
Mission
My mission is to build London's leading running community for working professionals, making it easier for people to stay active, improve their wellbeing, and form meaningful connections around the working day.
With a background in business and a lifelong passion for running, I bring both commercial thinking and real-world experience to the venture. I have completed 8 marathons, successfully finished a 100km ultra-marathon in 2026, and founded a thriving social running group that continues to bring people together through fitness, community, and shared goals.
I believe one of the biggest challenges facing professionals today is finding time to exercise consistently while balancing demanding careers and personal commitments. This business aims to solve that problem by offering structured, welcoming, and accessible running sessions before work, during lunch breaks, and after work in key London business districts.
The vision extends beyond simply organising runs. I want to create a supportive community where people can improve their physical and mental health, build friendships, expand professional networks, and feel part of something positive. Over time, I see opportunities to partner with employers, office developments, wellness providers, and brands to bring high-quality running experiences directly to London's workforce.
I am looking for a co-founder who shares this vision and can complement my strengths with expertise in marketing, community growth, partnerships, sales, or digital platforms. Together, we can build a scalable business that not only encourages people to be more active but also transforms how professionals connect, exercise, and thrive in one of the world's busiest cities.
Vision: To become the go-to running community for professionals across London, helping thousands of people move more, feel better, and build stronger connections through running.
Problem
Millions of professionals want to live healthier, more active lives, but the demands of modern work often make it difficult to prioritise exercise. Long working hours, commuting, family commitments and busy schedules leave many people struggling to find the time, motivation or consistency needed to maintain an active lifestyle.
While gyms and fitness classes exist, they often require significant financial commitment, scheduled attendance, or time that many working professionals simply do not have. As a result, people can feel disconnected, isolated and unable to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Our solution is to make fitness fit around the working day, not the other way around.
We provide convenient, community-led running sessions before work, during lunch breaks and after work, allowing professionals to exercise at a time that suits their schedule. By creating a welcoming and supportive environment, we remove many of the common barriers that prevent people from staying active.
Beyond fitness, we're building a community. Running creates opportunities for people to connect, network, build friendships and support one another in achieving personal goals. Whether someone is training for their first 5K, improving their fitness, managing stress, or preparing for a marathon, they become part of a community that encourages consistency and accountability.
We also recognise the growing importance of workplace wellbeing. Employers are increasingly looking for ways to improve employee health, engagement and morale. Our model offers organisations an accessible and cost-effective solution that promotes physical wellbeing, mental resilience and stronger social connections among employees.
Our vision is to create a movement that helps professionals become healthier, happier and more connected through running. By offering structured sessions before work, during lunch and after work, we make it easier for people to integrate exercise into their daily routine and build
Solution
Our solution is to make fitness accessible, convenient, and sustainable for busy professionals by integrating running into the working day.
We provide structured, community-led running sessions before work, during lunch breaks, and after work, allowing people to stay active without disrupting their careers or personal commitments. By offering flexible options throughout the day, we help remove one of the biggest barriers to exercise: finding the time.
More than just a running club, we're building a professional community where people can improve their physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connections. Members benefit from accountability, motivation, coaching, networking opportunities, and the support of like-minded individuals who share similar goals.
For businesses, we offer a simple and effective corporate wellbeing solution that helps employees become healthier, happier, and more engaged. Through regular running sessions, workplace partnerships, and community events, we support organisations in creating healthier cultures and stronger teams.
Our vision is to become London's leading running and wellbeing community for working professionals, helping people make movement part of everyday life while building meaningful relationships through a shared passion for running.
