Mission

Our mission is to move mobility from reacting after vehicle failure, collision, theft or fraud to preventing risk before it becomes harm. ZEUS Vehicle Soul is designed to give compatible vehicles a secure, intelligent and permissioned digital identity that can interpret vehicle health, recognize developing risk, warn people earlier and preserve trusted event context. We aim to protect lives, reduce avoidable downtime, improve repair decisions, accelerate incident response and create greater trust between drivers, fleets, workshops, insurers, vehicle buyers and authorized public institutions. ZEUS is being developed Saudi-first, with privacy, cybersecurity, local value creation and accountable data governance built into the operating model, followed by expansion through qualified GCC and global partners. Our long-term Cameraless Nation vision is a telemetry-first safety network in which equipped vehicles become distributed safety sensors. It is intended to complement existing road infrastructure and selectively reduce dependence on continuous roadside imaging only where independent evidence, economic analysis and regulation support that decision. ZEUS does not treat 100% predictive accuracy as an unverified promise. Our 100% commitment is consent and audit coverage for authorized pilot data and cryptographic verification of issued event packages. Prediction performance will be measured transparently by vehicle, event type and operating condition.

Problem

Saudi Arabia has made measurable road-safety progress, but the remaining human and economic burden is still substantial. GASTAT reported 17,231 serious crashes, 4,282 traffic deaths and 24,077 injuries in 2024, while the in-use vehicle fleet exceeded 15.8 million. A 2025 peer-reviewed study estimated that road crashes cost the Kingdom approximately SAR 137.6 billion in 2022, equal to 3.3% of GDP. Today, many mobility systems remain reactive or fragmented. Roadside cameras observe selected locations; workshops often diagnose vehicles after a warning light, complaint or breakdown; fleets use separate tools for tracking, maintenance and driver review; and claims or investigations may depend on disconnected photographs, statements, scans and service records. Critical vehicle-health and driving-context signals can remain trapped across different ECUs until the risk has already developed. The mixed national fleet creates another barrier: signal availability differs by manufacturer, model year, gateway and interface. OBD-II and J2534 are useful standards, but they do not guarantee access to every ECU or high-rate signal. This makes universal compatibility and perfect-accuracy claims technically unsafe. The unmet need is a vehicle-level intelligence and trust layer that can detect developing faults and risk earlier, preserve incident context, support faster decisions and share only the minimum authorized data. It must complement proven enforcement, protect personal data, document uncertainty and avoid unsafe remote control before regulatory and OEM approval.

Solution

ZEUS Vehicle Soul combines four layers. First, a read-only vehicle interface acquires permitted OBD-II/CAN signals, supported where necessary by independent IMU and GNSS sensing. Second, the KYTHERA edge-AI layer filters data, identifies patterns and continues essential processing during weak connectivity. Third, a secure platform encrypts events, applies retention rules and maintains an append-only audit trail. Fourth, role-based applications give drivers, fleets, technicians and authorized partners only the information required for their defined purpose. Initial functions include vehicle-health interpretation, predictive-maintenance prioritization, multilingual preventive warnings, driver and fleet risk coaching, workshop diagnostics, journey and event records, tamper-evident incident capsules and permissioned digital vehicle passports. Later modules may support insurer claims workflows, simulated eCall, stolen-vehicle alerts, geofencing, approved V2X services and aggregated public-safety insight. Emergency dispatch, enforcement action, court submission, OEM programming and remote vehicle intervention remain regulated roadmap functions—not current pilot claims. ZEUS will be validated through a controlled 12-week pilot using 5–10 vehicles across multiple manufacturers, model years and duty cycles. Measures include compatibility, session completeness, uptime, alert latency, false alerts, event traceability, installation time, user usefulness, consent and commercial willingness to pay. The pilot targets 100% consent/audit coverage and cryptographic verification of issued event packages, while predictive accuracy is independently measured. Successful gates lead to a paid 100-vehicle validation; failed gates narrow or stop the affected function.
