Venues get a back-office workspace to create events, build menus and beverage packages, design seating plans, manage leads, and generate professional invoices — all scoped per venue and secured with multi-tenant row-level security. Clients get a dedicated portal to manage their guest list, RSVPs, dietary requirements, running order, and message the venue directly. Guests get a no-account, code-and-email invitation to RSVP and share allergies. Everything is connected: a seating change is visible to the client, a menu lock is reflected on both sides, and an invoice is built from the same event data the manager already entered. Automated daily digests, trial and subscription billing, and marketing attribution sit underneath — so the structure is there, and the human touch stays.
