When a dental practice misses a call, the patient may never book and the practice may never see the demand it lost. Reception teams also need a clear way to review what happened and take over when the system should not act.

Conversico's voice agent handles incoming calls, supports booking and gives practice staff an operator dashboard. The system is designed for tenant isolation, privacy-conscious handling, auditability and graceful handoff. It is in production and in pilot across practices. I designed and wrote the product and website; clinical co-founders shape the workflows and operational requirements.
