Misión

Our mission at Solveara is to permanently eradicate the concept of 'unrecyclable' plastic and decouple global polymer production from fossil fuels. For decades, the recycling industry has been trapped in brute force. Multi-Layer Packaging (MLP)—the world’s most abundant and problematic waste stream—is either mechanically downcycled into low-value scrap or burned in 500°C pyrolysis ovens, destroying the polymer chains and emitting toxic greenhouse gases. Solveara exists to break this cycle through Molecular Alchemy. Our mission is to deploy a global network of atmospheric-pressure chemical refineries that dismantle MLP at the molecular level. By utilizing our patent-pending, zero-emission fractional dissolution technology, we chemically isolate and extract 100% FDA-ready, food-grade polyolefins (PE/PP) and smelter-grade aluminum from municipal waste. We achieve this at standard atmospheric pressure, bypassing the explosive hazards and massive CapEx of legacy chemical recycling. We are not an NGO; we are a deep-tech infrastructure monopoly. Our mission is to make true circularity mathematically undeniable. By monetizing every byproduct and operating at a 68% gross margin, we provide FMCG giants with the exact food-grade recycled plastics they are legally mandated to use, at a price that disrupts the virgin petrochemical supply chain. Starting with a commercial pilot in India, our endgame is to scale a 600-TPD national grid and license our IP globally. Solveara will build the foundational infrastructure of the 21st-century circular economy—achieving Zero Liquid Discharge, Zero Scope-1 Emissions, and Zero Waste to Landfill.

Problema

The global packaging industry is facing a $100 Billion dead end. Every day, India alone generates over 10,000 tonnes of Multi-Layer Packaging (MLP)—such as chips wrappers, toothpaste tubes, and metallized films. Because these materials are tightly glued sandwiches of different plastics and aluminum foil, they are considered the hardest waste stream on Earth to recycle. Currently, the industry relies on three failing, brute-force methods to handle MLP: 1. Mechanical Downcycling: Shredding and melting the mixed layers together yields a dark, brittle, foul-smelling plastic composite. It is useless for primary packaging and completely fails FMCG food-grade safety mandates. 2. Pyrolysis: Boiling the plastic in 500°C furnaces to create low-grade industrial fuel. This destroys the polymer chains, incinerates the valuable aluminum foil into useless ash, emits toxic halogen gases, and ruins corporate ESG carbon scores. 3. Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF): Baling the waste and paying cement kilns to burn it. Because of these technological ceilings, waste management companies are bleeding cash on disposal fees, and over 50% of MLP is simply dumped into landfills and rivers. The Catalyst: The Regulatory Panic The Indian Government (CPCB) and global regulators have mandated that FMCG giants (like Unilever, PepsiCo, and ITC) must incorporate 30% to 60% recycled content into their packaging by 2028. These multi-billion-dollar brands are legally desperate for 100% pure, odorless, Food-Grade recycled polymers (rPE and rPP). However, the domestic supply is virtually zero because legacy recycling technologies cannot chemically decontaminate MLP at scale.

Solución

Solveara bypasses brute force with molecular alchemy. We have engineered a patent-pending, atmospheric-pressure chemical refinery that dismantles unrecyclable plastics at the molecular level without extreme heat, high-pressure bombs, or toxic emissions. Our continuous, Zero-Liquid-Discharge (ZLD) process operates in three proprietary phases: 1. Ambient De-Inking & Delamination: We utilize a zero-VOC, non-surfactant steric wash combined with fluid-dynamic cavitation. This mechanically blasts away surface inks and destroys polyurethane glues at room temperature, perfectly isolating the clean polymers and solid aluminum foil. 2. Temperature-Programmed Fractional Solvation: The clean plastic flakes are introduced into a medical-grade, explosion-proof mineral oil at standard atmospheric pressure (1 atm). Using precise thermodynamics, we selectively dissolve LDPE at 110°C and PP at 160°C. We then dose the hot syrup with synthetic adsorbents to extract microscopic inorganic fillers (like chalk and titanium dioxide) added by the original manufacturers. 3. Bio-Ester Crystallization: We inject a plant-based anti-solvent into the purified syrup. The polymers experience a thermodynamic shock and literally "snow out" of the oil as pure, geometric crystals. A twin-vented vacuum extruder flashes off any residual vapor. The Output & Economics: We yield 100% odorless, FDA-ready Food-Grade rLDPE and rPP, alongside smelter-grade Aluminum. Because our byproducts (metals, asphalt additives, and ESG credits) completely subsidize our core processing costs, we produce virgin-replacement polymers at an industry-leading 68% gross margin.
