What Drives Us
Mission
Whipair is the deal room.
Faster, standardized car deals. Not another marketplace, not a disruption of the sales and purchase processes. It is a tool that connects with what buyers and sellers already use, making their path smoother, faster, and easier.
From hours to minutes to complete a single deal, thanks to automation, and reduction of manual work, leading to lower human mistakes.
Problem
Imagine if, to reserve an apartment for your vacation, you had to start booking online on a platform, then still re-enter your personal and payment details again at check-in in person.
And imagine this from the host side: what if you couldn’t reliably sync your reservation calendar across two or more platforms, risking double bookings for the same dates.
That is effectively what the car market looks like today.
Fragmented systems, disconnected customer journeys, repeated information entry, and inconsistent transitions between online and offline channels.
Today, both customers and car dealers face fragmentation:
Customers:
- Must re-enter personal and financing details across different channels (marketplaces, dealer websites, showroom visits)
- Lose continuity between online research and in-person negotiation
- Restart the “deal process” multiple times depending on where they engage
- Face inconsistent pricing, offers, and documentation across touchpoints
Car dealers:
- Manage fragmented inventory across DMS, CRM, marketplaces, and offline systems
- Manually update listings across multiple platforms
- Lack real-time synchronization between online leads and in-store negotiations
- Risk inefficiencies from disconnected sales workflows and duplicated data entry
Marketplaces do not solve this, since they only offer a fully digital purchase journey, while automotive retail still requires in-person execution and interactions in the majority of transactions.
Solution
Whipair creates a persistent transaction environment where the entire vehicle purchase is executed.
Inside the deal room:
- inventory remains synchronized
- customer identity persists
- financing can be requested
- documents can be signed
- payments can be processed
- delivery can be coordinated through existing carrier and dealer partner systems
- transaction state remains consistent
The system adapts to the customer journey instead of forcing a single buying path.
Examples:
- Marketplace discovery and Whipair checkout
- Dealer website browsing and Whipair transaction execution
- In-person dealership visit and Whipair deal continuation
- Fully remote purchase completed entirely through Whipair
This flexibility is structurally defensible because the platform works regardless of how the customer chooses to buy.
Unlike traditional systems that force either:
- fully online flows
- dealership-only processes
- or closed ecosystems
Whipair standardizes transaction execution without forcing behavioral change.
