To democratize startup investing in Denmark, making it accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy or well connected. I believe the best ideas shouldn't die because the founder didn't know the right people. (Scaling to other countries later)

Startup investing is reserved for wealthy individuals and institutions. Minimum investments on existing platforms are £10–€2,500, everything is in English, and no platform focuses on the Nordic market. Danish startups are forced onto expensive foreign platforms charging 6–7% fees, and until January 2025, Danish ApS companies couldn't even do equity crowdfunding legally.

Nordseed is a Danish equity crowdfunding platform built on EU Regulation 2020/1503. Anyone can invest with as little as 100 DKK via MobilePay. Startups pay 4.5% vs. 6–7% on competitors. A live prototype exists at nseed.lovable.app with a full PRD, regulatory research completed, and active founder outreach underway.
