Therapeutic targets are becoming scarce as we have mined all the low hanging fruits. One of the most promising approaches is to go from proteins to peptides instead, but our clients struggle with finding which of their candidates makes sense to pursue. Our computational platform reduces costs by 9x and timelines by 15x at this stage, without the risk profile of new therapeutic modalities.

Our platform is composed of specially-built computational biology and wetlab biology components, designed specifically to work optimally in the context of the platform. We have the only method for extracting data from mass spectra that can be used to debias mass spec identifications, use a custom deep learning rescoring method with structural homology for peptides, and design nanobodies end-to-end for lab testing that skips the binder discovery.
