Role Description

This is a remote, equity-based role as an Investment Analyst (Co-Founder) at Quantle. You will play a key role in financial modeling, portfolio management, and strategy optimization, directly influencing the direction of the company.

This is a co-founder position with equity compensation under a vesting agreement. There is no salary initially, but as we secure funding, compensation will be revisited.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote startup environment

Compensation & Equity Structure

This role is equity-based (vesting agreement), ensuring long-term alignment and fair ownership distribution based on contribution and commitment. Exact terms will be discussed during the selection process.
