About the role:

We Are Seeking A Head Of Social Media To Build And Scale Our Brand’s Digital Presence, Drive Engagement, And Grow A Loyal Community Of Creators, Investors, And Web3 Enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Develop And Execute A Multi-Channel Social Media Strategy To Increase Brand Awareness, Engagement And Adoption.
• Content Creation: Oversee The Creation Of High-Impact Content (Tweets, Threads, Videos, Memes, Infographics, AMAs, Podcasts, Webinars And More) Tailored For Web3, Entertainment And Creator Communities.
• Community Building: Grow And Engage Our Community Across Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, Instagram, Reddit, Linkedin, And Tiktok.
• Influencer & Partnership Collaborations: Establish Partnerships With Crypto Influencers, Content Creators, And Web 3.0 Thought Leaders To Amplify Our Reach.
• Token & Campaign Integration: Plan And Execute Social Campaigns Aligned With Our Token Launches, Staking Programs And Creator Incentives.
• Analytics & Growth: Use Data-Driven Insights To Track Performance, Optimize Content Strategy, And Increase Follower Growth And Engagement.
• Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor Sentiment And Proactively Address Fud, Misinformation, And Brand Challenges In The Web 3.0 Space.
• Fundraising & PR Support: Assist In Investor Relations, PR Campaigns, And Storytelling To Support Our Funding Efforts.

Requirements:

• Social Media Expertise: 5+ Years Of Experience In Social Media Marketing, Community Building Or Digital Content Strategy.
• Web 3.0 & Crypto Fluency: Deep Understanding Of Blockchain, Token Economies, DAOs, DeFi And NFTs.
• Content & Trend Awareness: Ability To Create Viral Content And Stay Ahead Of Trends In Crypto, Entertainment And Creator Culture.
• Community Management: Experience Managing Discord, Telegram And Twitter/X Communities.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Ability To Leverage Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social Or Similar) To Optimize Performance.
• Startup & Growth Mindset: Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Startup Environment With Limited Resources.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Simplify Complex Blockchain Concepts Into Engaging And Relatable Content.
