Cofounder wanted for BESS Based energy compliance startup for EU laws (Co-Founder Position)

About this role
I am seeking a co-founder to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and regulatory strategy. You will bridge the distance between our technical engine and the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Monetization: Navigate and monetize the "forcing functions" of EU law, including CSRD, §118(6) EnWG, and the upcoming EU Battery Passport.
- Scope 4 Leadership:
- Trust & Partnerships: Build relationships with energy operators, DSOs, and industrial players to convert technical pilots into enterprise contracts.
- Market Expansion: Scale our 26-country configuration architecture across Germany and the wider EU.
- Energy Market Mastery: Deep understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and the math of the energy gap.
- Regulatory Vision: A clear vision of where EU mandates are heading and how to build "correctness" into those workflows.
- Entrepreneurial Grit: You prefer high-friction, "hard" markets because they create the strongest defensibility.
- Strategic Execution: Ability to move between high-level policy and rigorous, bankable implementation.
