More-Rewards is building a first-of-its-kind loyalty and payments solution, in partnership with Mastercard®, for professional sports and membership-based organisations (golf, football, rugby, health).

This role is intentionally structured for an experienced commercial leader who:

  • Has a strong network and credibility
  • May already be consulting, advising, or operating elsewhere
  • Wants meaningful equity and long-term upside without a full-time commitment

You will have real ownership, influence, and visibility, not just targets.

More-Rewards is an early-stage fintech and loyalty venture redefining how rewards work.

Traditional loyalty programmes rely on discounts or incentives funded by sellers. We flip that model.

Using a tailored prepaid Mastercard® and supporting digital ecosystem, consumers receive real cashback on everyday spending, while clubs and venues benefit from increased engagement, spend, and retention.

The Role

We are seeking a founding commercial partner to join the CEO, CTO, and Business Development Manager.

Your mandate is simple but powerful: Own growth, revenue, and external presence.

This is not a junior sales role. It’s a senior, outward-facing position suited to someone who excels at opening doors with managing director level targets, closing complex deals, and representing a business at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Expanding and converting an existing pipeline with senior decision-makers
  • Leading high-level commercial conversations, pricing, and deal structure
  • Acting as a visible ambassador and spokesperson for More-Rewards
  • Representing the company at industry events, communities, and partnerships
  • Helping shape the long-term growth, monetisation, and go-to-market strategy

Time commitment is flexible and outcome-led, not hours-based.

Who This Is For

You are likely:

  • A senior commercial leader
  • Highly likely to have a background with a sports marketing or sports services agency
  • Experienced in fintech, B2B SaaS, payments, or enterprise sales
  • Well-networked at board / C-suite level in golf, football, rugby, or sport
  • Comfortable leading revenue conversations and influencing stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial, credible, and relationship-driven

We are not looking for:

  • A short-term contract
  • A passive advisory position

Compensation & Structure

  • Equity-based (no salary at this stage)
  • Commission on revenue generated
  • Equity allocation discussed transparently based on:
  • Time commitment
  • Experience and network
  • Revenue and traction delivered
  • Vesting and milestone-based structure agreed upfront
