Founding Growth Marketer (Co-Founder Position)

We’re looking for someone who can fully own customer acquisition and drive real, measurable results.

We have a budget for paid ads and a roadmap that includes content, influencer partnerships, and email, but we’re strapped for time. That’s where you come in.

If you’re a scrappy, full-stack marketer with a proven track record of independently driving user growth, we want to talk. You should be comfortable operating solo (at least initially), wearing multiple hats, and leveraging AI tools to extend your impact. Experience across media buying, social, content, email, affiliate, and influencer marketing is highly valuable.

This is a performance-first role. We’re open to both revenue-share compensation and equity for the right person who can move the needle quickly. I'm also open to a straight salary agreement as well. If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t need hand-holding and can build momentum from day one, you’ll have real influence here.

While marketing is our top priority, we’re always open to hearing from resourceful, high-impact generalists in other areas who can help us grow faster. Make your case—we’re listening.
