About this role
We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join Standora, a UK-based startup building an AI-driven high-frequency trading platform (<10ms execution).
🚀 Responsibilities- Design, build, and optimize reinforcement learning + LLM models for real-time trading.
- Implement low-latency pipelines for market data ingestion and execution.
- Work closely with the founding team to scale experiments into production.
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions (cloud, GPUs, data storage).
- Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, deep learning, or LLMs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Scaleway, GCP, etc.).
- Passion for fintech, trading systems, or real-time AI.
- Startup mindset: fast learner, problem-solver, collaborative.
